What information do we gather from customers?

We will gather the Customers name, credit card details, email address and shipping address. Which are ONLY used to pack your order. On your next visit to our store we keep your name and address in a secure area in our database to make your purchase easier, but we DO NOT keep your credit card in our system. When making purchases your credit card details are encrypted form to your bank for clearance. No credit card details are stored after this clearance.

Your name and address will be clearly labeled and delivered by our transportation company.

We will contact you if you would like an email confirmation of your order. Our Customer Service team will email you, for whatever reason we are unable to ship your order within 48hrs as requested.

Our Customer Service team will email you if your address details are incomplete and cannot proceed with your order. 

To reduce the risk of fraud, if your order is over $500 and you are a new customer, a once off phone call will be made by one of Our Customer Service team as part of our security process.

We may contact you and pass on your details to third-parties if we believe you have violated the terms and conditions associated with Loveable Secrets.com.au, or, we believe you to be involved in activities Harmful to Loveable Secrets or other users of our online website.

Always remove batteries when not in use to get longevity out of your toy. Batteries tend to suck the life out of a toy if left in for long periods of time.

Have you got the right batteries?

All toys are different and there are all sorts of different batteries, make sure you follow the guidelines and double check the size batteries.

If your toy still doesn’t work, check and see if you have inserted the batteries the right way not the wrong way around.

Always check Battery compartment

Most cases bullets, vibrators come with batteries to get you started. A small paper disc is in the   battery compartment to avoid it going on during delivery. This needs to be removed to get the vibrator working.


Is the Battery cap screwed on tightly?

Sometimes an extra twist in screwing the cap on makes all the difference, the cover needs to fit snug up against the toy. Sometimes the older toys have springs and with a gently stretch the spring and it will connect itself with the battery, allowing it to work.

Weird smell coming from your toy!

A new toy will always smell funny which is due to manufacturing and packaging. To remove this smell wash it in warm water and our recommended toy cleaner. The smell will not disappear straight away but it will happen with continuous washing.

Batteries supplied?

Most cases all batteries are sealed with a plastic seal to protect the battery. Please ensure you remove this carefully and re insert the batteries correctly.

Is your toy rechargeable?

Always double check with toys instructions on the recommended time in charging your toy to work to its best ability- some toys can take 24 hours to fully charge - a rechargeable toy normally has a light that flashes during charging and a solid light to indicate that it is fully charged.

Non-refundable Items

We do not return items on some health and personal items, hosiery, body stockings, latex gear used lubricants and lotions, and gift cards.

Return Policy

Please choose your items carefully, and if you would like to return an item because it is faulty please have the *Product in its original undamaged box with all labels attached to item and returned with 14days of purchase.

Once you have been in Contact with Customer Service at Loveable Secrets to inform them of your faulty please send your product to the following address.

When returning your product please include,

Full name, order number, reason for its return, letting us know if your wanting a refund or replacement if found faulty. Please photograph the item, keep tracking number for delivery and for our records.


All Returns are at the customers own cost. If the product is found faulty your postage cost will be credited to you alongside a credit or replacement for your returned item. If your product is over the value of $70 you may consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance, otherwise we cannot guarantee receiving your return item.

When the product has been tested and confirmed faulty, we will endeavour to follow your request. If it’s a replacement you will receive it with a few days at no extra cost and a credit for your postage. If you haven’t heard from us please contact us in a few days via our email, info@loveablesecrets.com.au or via our chat line.

Standard delivery offers 2 options either:

- Signature on delivery, a card will be left if you are unavailable to sign.

- (ATL) Authority to leave- order left unattended at specified delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the parcel is left and is lost or stolen from delivery address.


Express Orders 1-3 days

Orders out of the metropolitan area may take longer. A card will be left if delivery address if it is to be unsafe at the address and you can collect your parcel at your nearest post office.
